Q:How long will Order Processing take?

A:Usually we will ship to you within 1-3 business days.

Q:How long does the delivery take?

Domestic orders (US):
5-10 days (Local warehouse)

International orders:
United Kingdom: 5-10 days
Australia: 12-20 days
Canada: 12-20 days
European Union: 12-20 days
Rest of the World: 12-20 days

Holiday delivery times:
Please allow for a longer shipping time during holiday seasons. You will always be notified prior to ordering on our website when we are experiencing longer than normal shipping times.

This may occur near Christmas or other major holidays because local post offices are experiencing higher volume.

Q:Can I cancel my order(s)?

A:Yes it is possible but not guaranteed to be successful as we have received multiple fraudulent cancellations.
Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 2 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.We do not accept orders cancelled after 2 hours unless there are special circumstances

Q:Will I receive a Tracking Number?

A:Yes, when your order is shipped out.
But please note,Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within 5 business days.

Q:I placed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email. What's going on?

A:Please ensure that you have entered the correct email address when you place an order.  Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. Do email our support team at support@hiphoppet.com if you did not receive a confirmation email.

Q:May I make changes to my Order or Shipping Address?

A:We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. Should you need to make any change to your order, please contact us at support@hiphoppet.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate the change request.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. Yes, this is our number 1 priority.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
