If you place an order and it hasn't been shipped yet,contact support@hiphoppet.com. We can usually cancel group buy and pre-order items. If the goods you ordered have already been shipped from our warehouse, we generally can't cancel the order. That is doubly true if you place an order for a stocked item over the weekend.
Regarding the return policy after receipt of goods:
Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to support@hiphoppet.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment, and we will facilitate a return or exchange. If you do not report the damage to us within this 30 days period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
