If you place an order and it hasn't been shipped yet,contact support@hiphoppet.com. We can usually cancel group buy and pre-order items. If the goods you ordered have already been shipped from our warehouse, we generally can't cancel the order. That is doubly true if you place an order for a stocked item over the weekend.
Regarding the return policy after receipt of goods:
Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to support@hiphoppet.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment, and we will facilitate a return or exchange. If you do not report the damage to us within this 30 days period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion. Contact support@hiphoppet.com.
